This week Stan will go over the basic court documents needed in a Civil trial. PDF copies of the file can be downloaded from the server and you can make notes for your particular case if needed. Stan will discuss the steps you should take if you are the plaintiff and steps that need to be taken if you are the defendant. He will cover the proper process for serving documents and the preparation for going in to court both as the defendant and as the plaintiff. This will be a "what goes where" seminar with respect to filling out documents needed for court.
